Key Responsibilities

As a Van Salesman at Kmte Group, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Product Sales: Promoting and selling fresh and chilled meat and poultry products to supermarkets, restaurants, meat shops, and butcheries.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Sales Reporting: Tracking and reporting sales figures, market feedback, and customer needs.
• Driving: Operating a light vehicle to deliver products to various locations in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in van sales of fresh and chilled meat and poultry products, specifically to supermarkets, restaurants, meat shops, or butcheries.
• Driving License: A valid UAE manual light vehicle driving license is required.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil is an advantage.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Result-Driven: A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using sales software.
