Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified individual to take on the role of Head of HR & Admin for our metal recycling group in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership, with a strong background in payroll, compensation benefits, and government liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HR and administrative functions for the organization.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for all employees.
- Liaise with government departments and local bodies to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the HR team.
- Handle employee relations, recruitment, and retention strategies.
- Ensure smooth operation of the administrative functions.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- 10 - 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a corporate setting in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Strong experience in payroll and compensation benefits management.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with government departments and local bodies.
