Position Details:

• Job Title: Senior Network Engineer
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Salary: Up to AED 18,000 per month
• Experience: 8+ years in network engineering

Job Description:

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will:

• Address and resolve IT incidents and service requests using the IT Service Management tool.
• Monitor Service Level requirements and report on incident resolutions.
• Design and implement LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks and IP Telephony solutions.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support networking software, equipment, and devices.
• Administer various network and security equipment, including:
  • Network switches and routers
  • Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention, and VPN systems
  • Network load balancers, Web Application Firewalls, and Network Access Control
  • IP Telephony and voice gateways
• Troubleshoot using tools such as Wireshark, Fluke Optiview, and Airmagnet.
• Use network management tools like SNMP, CiscoWorks, and OpManager.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco, Huawei, Aruba networks, Cisco IP Telephony, and other related tools.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP-IP, BGP, OSPF) and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with NMAP, SSL acceleration, and encryption tools.
