Salary Package
- Range: AED 6,000 - AED 8,000
- Preference: Immediate joiners
Key Qualifications and Experience
- UAE Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience in the interior fit out industry is required
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cost estimation, material sourcing, and project timelines within the interior fit out sector
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit out projects, including materials, labor, and time requirements
- Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to gather essential details for estimation
- Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure alignment on project scope and budgets
- Maintain and update cost databases, ensuring estimates reflect current market rates and material costs
- Assist in negotiating and finalizing project bids and tenders
