Job Description:
Fit Fresh is seeking a diligent and proactive Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in FMCG product purchase and will be responsible for managing our company's procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify reliable suppliers and vendors to procure quality goods and services.
- Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Review and analyze purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and necessity.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely supply of goods.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet procurement needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing for transparency and future reference.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Any degree is acceptable, though a background in supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
