Working Days and Hours:

  • Schedule: 5 days per week
  • Immediate Availability Required

About the Role

As a Receptionist cum Admin Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves managing front-desk activities, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the daily operations of the office. We’re looking for someone with a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management

    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly, professional attitude.
    • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
    • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
  • Administrative Support

    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email communications.
    • Assist with document management and file organization.
    • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reordered as needed.
  • Data Management

    • Utilize Excel for data entry, record-keeping, and simple reporting.
    • Manage records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communication

    • Communicate effectively with team members and departments to support operational needs.
    • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly.

Who We're Looking For

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Hindi and English is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with professional email communication.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar administrative or receptionist role.
  • Attributes: Organized, proactive, with an eye for detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
