Job Description:
We are seeking diligent and responsible HK Room Attendants to join our hotel in Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, including changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness of hallways and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to hotel standards.
- Respond to guest requests and deliver excellent customer service.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Willingness to adhere to hotel uniform and grooming standards.
