Position: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth strategy, leading our sales team to achieve new heights. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and coordinating events that exceed client expectations.

Location: Dubai, Jumeirah 1

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 8,000 per month plus incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Event Coordination:
  • Work closely with the events team to plan and coordinate events such as weddings and corporate retreats.
  • Ensure all aspects of the event meet client expectations.
• Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Align sales strategies with overall business goals by working with the marketing and revenue management teams.
  • Collaborate with the front office and catering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Market Analysis:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position the resort effectively.
  • Adjust strategies and pricing based on data analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE.
• Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiating contracts and presenting to clients.
• Organizational Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, especially during peak seasons.
• Sales Acumen:
  • Proven track record in sales and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
