Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Desktop Support Engineers specializing in Office 365 to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a valid UAE driving license. This is a long-term project, and we are seeking individuals who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Office 365 and related software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Office 365.
• Support end-users with software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the security and performance of IT systems.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
• Travel to various locations within Dubai for on-site support as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in desktop support with a focus on Office 365.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Office 365 applications and services.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Immediate availability to join.
