Job Description:
PACT Employment Services is seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and support, primarily in Arabic and English languages, focusing on the retail banking sector.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls:
- Manage incoming calls from customers.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and surveys.
Customer Follow-Up:
- Resolve inquiries and issues via phone or email.
- Provide information on services and products.
Shift Work and Schedule:
- Work rotating shifts based on call center requirements.
- Availability for 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
Language Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a call center agent, specifically in retail banking.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or customer service related fields.
Location Requirement:
- Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate employment.
