Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in PU leather stitching.
- Skills: Familiarity with various types of PU leather and their specific stitching requirements.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch PU leather materials as per design specifications.
- Perform straight stitching, decorative stitching, and specialized stitching techniques.
- Inspect stitching quality and make adjustments to ensure precision.
- Prepare and handle PU leather materials, including cutting and positioning them for stitching.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of sewing machines.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the stitching process.
- Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies in stitching or materials.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address production challenges.
