Are you an experienced Civil / Site Engineer with a passion for high-end renovations? SSA is seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to exciting villa renovation projects across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage renovation projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Create detailed daily reports and manage sub-contractors effectively.
- Schedule projects and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Make informed decisions on-site to drive project success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the Dubai interior renovation market.
- Proven track record of completing multiple residential renovation projects, including villas and apartments.
- Strong ability to manage high-end finishes and deliver exceptional results.
- Proficiency in creating reports, managing subcontractors, and adhering to project timelines.
- Decision-making skills to address on-site challenges promptly.
Salary: AED 8,000 - 9,000 per month + Company Vehicle
