Triac Solutions is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dubai. If you have over 6 years of experience in IT support and are currently based in the UAE, this could be the ideal role for you. We are seeking professionals who can start immediately and meet the specific technical requirements outlined below.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Engineer at Triac Solutions, your primary duties will include:
End User Services Support
- Service Desk Support: Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues and requests.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop OS issues, software problems, and hardware issues.
- System Installation and Configuration: Install, re-install, and configure systems, printers, scanners, and other devices.
- Software Support: Install and configure client software, applications, and email clients. Troubleshoot related issues.
- Printer/Scanner Support: Address issues related to printers and scanners, including configuring print queues and setting permissions.
- LAN Support: Support local area network issues, including DHCP client configurations.
- Antivirus and Patch Management: Install antivirus software, ensure virus definitions are up to date, and deploy approved patches onto desktops/laptops.
OS and Software Packaging
- OS/Software Packaging: Package new OS and software versions, as well as service packs, for deployment.
- Planning Reports: Generate OS packaging and software packaging planning reports.
- Patch Deployment: Deploy software patches across the network.
