Key Responsibilities
- Project Estimation: Accurately estimate costs for civil engineering projects, ensuring all calculations are precise and comprehensive.
- Budget Preparation: Prepare detailed budgets for upcoming projects, covering all aspects of construction and materials.
- Tendering Process: Manage the preparation of tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors and suppliers.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in the civil engineering sector.
- Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
