Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate the costs for various construction projects, including building construction, interior fit-outs, and facility maintenance.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within approved limits.
• Tendering Process: Prepare tender documents and manage the bidding process for new projects.
• Contract Administration: Oversee contract administration to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in building construction, interior fit-out, or facility maintenance within the GCC region.
• Driving License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
