Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced accountant with expertise in order delivery companies and relationships with merchants in the Chinese market. This role requires managing financial transactions and maintaining merchant relationships to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Maintain and develop relationships with merchants, particularly focusing on the Chinese market, to facilitate smooth financial operations and optimize business partnerships.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries on a regular basis to keep stakeholders informed of financial health and trends.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain financial integrity.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an accountant in order delivery companies or related fields, with a strong track record in managing financial operations.
Familiarity with financial software and systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with merchants and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese would be advantageous due to dealings with Chinese merchants.
