Key Responsibilities

- Oversee Recruitment and Performance Appraisal processes.
- Prepare annual business plans for the HR department based on business strategy.
Key Requirements
- Must be based in the UAE.
- Extensive local HR experience.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
- Strong leadership skills.
