Experience Required:
- 9+ years of related experience, including roles as a Senior Helpdesk Engineer or Helpdesk Team Lead
- Proven track record of improving helpdesk function efficiency through ticket reduction, automation, and procedural improvements
- Certified in M365 and Active Directory (AD) is highly beneficial
- Extensive experience with MDM solutions such as Intune and JAMF
- Strong technical capabilities in using Manage Engine and ServiceNow tools
- Proficient in handling Windows and Mac troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills for interacting with VIP and VVIP clients

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the helpdesk team, ensuring efficient and effective IT support
- Work with senior management to improve IT operational workload
- Create regular monthly reports on IT operations achievements
- Enhance the helpdesk function by implementing improvements and efficiencies
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows and Mac environments
