We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Helpdesk Team Lead to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership capabilities, ready to take on a challenging role in IT operations.

Job Description:

  • Experience Required:

    • 9+ years of related experience, including roles as a Senior Helpdesk Engineer or Helpdesk Team Lead
    • Proven track record of improving helpdesk function efficiency through ticket reduction, automation, and procedural improvements
    • Certified in M365 and Active Directory (AD) is highly beneficial
    • Extensive experience with MDM solutions such as Intune and JAMF
    • Strong technical capabilities in using Manage Engine and ServiceNow tools
    • Proficient in handling Windows and Mac troubleshooting
    • Strong communication skills for interacting with VIP and VVIP clients
  • Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the helpdesk team, ensuring efficient and effective IT support
    • Work with senior management to improve IT operational workload
    • Create regular monthly reports on IT operations achievements
    • Enhance the helpdesk function by implementing improvements and efficiencies
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows and Mac environments
