Positions Available:
🔹 Head Chef:
- Expertise in traditional Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, and kaiseki.
- Leadership experience in fine dining.
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
🔹 Sous Chef:
- Strong background in Japanese culinary techniques.
- Ability to support the Head Chef and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
🔹 Restaurant Manager:
- Experience in managing Japanese fine dining restaurants.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations, staff management, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
🔹 Waitress:
- Experience in fine dining, with knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-end dining setting.
