Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Coordination:

Be the go-to person for clients, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the event planning process. To meet their unique needs, assist clients with menu selection, venue coordination, and logistical arrangements. Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure timely delivery and setup of catering services. 2. Administrative Duties:

Prepare and review contracts, proposals, and invoices with meticulous attention to detail. Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. 3. Communication and Customer Service:

Effectively convey client preferences and special requests to kitchen and serving staff, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Conducted site visits and attended client meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Requirements:
