Job Description
- Drafting and Production: Create, draft, and process jobs for production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the joinery drafting team to manage workloads and meet project deadlines.
- Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to the company’s standards and align with the project scope and budget.
- Design Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of architectural and shop drawings, contract specifications, and samples to ensure design consistency.
- Communication: Collaborate with project managers, the drafting team, and factory staff to understand drawing requirements and ensure clarity.
- Task Management: Complete tasks in a timely manner with a strong emphasis on detail and organization.
- Material Knowledge: Possess a sound understanding of materials and hardware used in joinery and fit-out projects.
- Independence: Ability to work independently or as part of a project team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman with a background in joinery and fit-out.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
- Residency: This position is open exclusively to individuals currently residing in the UAE.
