Job Responsibilities

As a Junior Accountant at Vesla Motors Group, you will be responsible for:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and payments.
• Reconciliation: Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Data Entry: Entering financial data into accounting software and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Assisting with Audits: Supporting the senior accounting team during internal and external audits.
• Reporting: Preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or similar programs is a plus)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication skills in English
