Job Position: Technical Expert Lead

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: 8+ years
Notice Period: Immediate – 30 days
Duration: 3 months (With potential conversion to Full-Time Employee)
Salary: 25,000 AED per month
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in development using Azure, Node.js, React, Next.js.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- At least 8+ years of experience in IT project development using Azure, Node.js, React, Next.js, and other front-end and back-end technologies.
- Involved in at least eight project implementations.
- Experience in the eCommerce sector within the Automotive domain.
Backend Expertise:
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, nginx.
- Experience in backend development using Node.js.
- Familiarity with Relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD DevOps processes.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, REST API design patterns, and caching mechanisms like Redis.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and serverless technologies (preferable).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks.
Frontend Expertise:
- Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, HTML5, CSS, Sass, webpack.
- Experience with server-side rendering, pre-rendering, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with OAuth and social account integrations.
Other Skills:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of problem/change management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
- Proven documentation skills.
- Ability to coach and transfer knowledge to team members.
Functional Expertise:
- Headless application development.
- Solution design and architecture.
- Infrastructure and technology management.
- IT quality assurance, project management, and security management.
- Risk management and business process design.
