Position: Electrical Engineer (Site Supervision)
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing the integration of electrical systems into construction projects. You’ll be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and collaborating closely with the design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Lead the electrical engineering aspects of on-site construction, ensuring smooth integration with overall project plans.
- Construction Oversight:
- Supervise on-site electrical installations, testing, and commissioning to ensure they meet design specifications and regulations.
- Design Coordination:
- Work closely with the design team to align electrical plans with on-site construction needs.
- Team Management:
- Guide and manage the on-site electrical engineering team, addressing technical issues and promoting collaboration.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any electrical engineering concerns.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and resolve any on-site electrical issues to keep the project on track.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Enforce health and safety standards on-site, ensuring all electrical activities comply with regulations.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of on-site electrical activities, including progress reports and technical documents.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 8 years of solid local experience in electrical engineering.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of local codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
