Job Description:
Al Ghurair Asset Management is seeking an experienced Facade Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE and hold an IRATA Level 3 Certification. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate facade cleaning activities to ensure high standards are met.
- Oversee a team of cleaners, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and manage cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed during cleaning operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in facade cleaning supervision.
- IRATA Level 3 Certification is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work at heights and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
