Job Opening: Architectural/Joinery Draftsman

Position: Architectural/Joinery Draftsman
Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,500 per month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create detailed shop drawings for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare material lists.
• Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings as per project layout and site conditions.
• Prepare transmittals and drawing submissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Design/Architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Expertise in Interior Designing, Joinery, and Fit-Out Industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of design principles for safety and aesthetics, following UAE Authority Guidelines.
• General knowledge of the interior fit-out/joinery industry competition.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Experience in managing design functions on fit-out projects, including liaising with clients and other departments.
