Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO and Founder of a prestigious organization based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Organizational Support: Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other executive engagements.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level management.
- Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
