Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of retail management, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all displays are visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using retail management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
