Job Title: Security Guard

Job Description:
We are seeking vigilant and dedicated Security Personnel to join our team. As a Security Personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply and become an essential part of our hotel team.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the hotel premises.
Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect unauthorized activities.
Check and inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles and packages.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and alarms.
Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
Maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
Strong observation and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Basic computer skills to operate security systems.
Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent.
