Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. If you have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment, we encourage you to apply and become an essential part of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the administration of benefits programs and open enrollment.
Participate in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and assist with audits, as needed.
Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal-setting.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or a related role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
