Female Accountant

As a Female Accountant cum Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in both the finance department and providing executive support to the hotel’s management team. Your exceptional organizational and financial skills will contribute to the smooth functioning of both roles, enhancing the efficiency of our operations.


Financial Transactions: Record and manage financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and expenses, using the hotel’s accounting software.
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and analyses for management review.
Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team in budget preparation and monitoring.
Executive Assistant:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the hotel’s management team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Facilitate communication between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Data Management: Manage and organize documents, reports, and correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Event Planning: Support in organizing special events, conferences, and functions hosted by the hotel.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant and/or Executive Assistant, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and administrative procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
