Job Description:
Join our dedicated team as an Assistant Teacher and contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. We are seeking a passionate individual who is committed to supporting the lead teacher in classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
Support students in their learning and provide individualized attention
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Help with classroom management and behavior reinforcement
Prepare materials and resources for lessons
Supervise students during activities, meals, and outdoor play
Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members
Assist with parent-teacher conferences and communication
Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
Previous experience in a classroom setting is preferred
Education or certification in early childhood education is a plus
Passion for working with children and fostering their development
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with the lead teacher and other staff
Patience and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment
High school diploma or equivalent
