1- Territory Manager

Responsibilities:
A- Manage a territory within Dubai and own the growth and scaling of the Careem Food business in the territory.
B- Recruit, train and manage a team of Sales and Account Managers to drive revenue and exceed targets.
C- Encourage, support and develop the team, monitoring their success and conducting regular performance reviews.
D- Develop and execute a business plan to scale and gain market share for the business.
E- Develop and sustain solid relationships with key partners.
Requirements:
A- Strong business acumen, with an ability to understand the different moving parts that drive a business..
B- This is not a desk role, and therefore the ability and bias for rolling your sleeves up and spending time on the field is critical.
C- Excellent interpersonal and interpersonal skills. You will be the face of the Careem in that territory, and part of the leadership team.
D- 6-10 years of experience which includes building and managing a high performance sales or account management team.
