1- Talent Acquisition Executive – Retail

Responsibilities:
A- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead’s with the sourcing and first stage screening of candidates.
B- Provide both candidate short list’s and long list’s for the appropriate TA Lead within the agreed SLAs.
C- Assist with assessment centres/ open days to identify suitable candidates for the business.
D- Plan, develop and manage ongoing multiple Talent Pools for the business in order to meet the requirements of the various business’s hiring Plans.
Requirements:
A- A bachelor’s degree within any professional field relevant to the business area or within HR would be preferred.
B- A minimum of 3 years recruitment/ sourcing experience in retail or massive hiring is required.
C- Experience of working within a large matrix organization would be an advantage.
