About the Role:
Are you a confident self-driven leader who can support the functioning of the food safety management system (FSMS) at the Resort and Employee Residences? Do you have the skillset to implement and audit the resort food safety and hygiene standards?
Requirements:
A- Ideally, we’d like you to have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or similar, knowledge of HACCP standards, NEBOSH – International General Certificate and Internal Auditor certification in ISO 22000.
B- A minimum of 2+ years’ prior experience in Food safety and Hygiene department successfully adopting a proactive approach to risk assessments, establishing systems and training programs.
