Your primary objective will be to pro-actively manage procurement activities as supplier sourcing, bidding, negotiation processes, vendor management and database maintenance. You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that administrative support is standardized and delivered at optimal levels in accordance with agreed policies and regulations.Communicate locally with property management offices, office facility management, mail room, courier services and oversee the deployment and management of company cars, drivers, etc.Review supplier solutions on an ongoing basis, initiate benchmarking and tender exercises as appropriate, lead supplier review meetings on a regular basis and maintain good relationships with all key suppliers.Set clear standards for the delivery of administrative processes and ensure the processes are well implemented and communicated with a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Proven extensive experience in Procurement and ESG topics is a must have.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics or other related disciplines.2 to 5 years of experience in finance and supply chain.Structured work approach and excellent organizational skills.
