Responsibilities:
A- To control the issue and consumption of store items and consumables.
B- To be thoroughly familiar with all spare part requirements and specifications for all equipment installed in the Hotel.
C- To prepare purchase requests and follow up with the central store.
D- To assist the central stores in the purchase of engineering spares and consumables.
E- To keep accurate record of all material transactions through the computerized stores control system.
F– To process incoming work request and distribute to the trades.
