Description:

HR admin responsibilities of the gulf countries and functions, also coordinating the Dubai Head Office operations and covering the receptionist duties in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. He/she will communicate with people at all levels across all business functions and countries as a key part of this role as well as dealing with key stakeholders and a range of external providers and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the administrative tasks related to new joiners and support their onboarding journey (Employee system profile creation, offer letter formalization and sharing, orientation, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, etc).Build and maintain the achieving record (Soft and hard copy) of all employees within the assigned work scope.Being the data entry point for all needed actions on Danone’s employee online system (SHARE), such as but not limited to new joiner’s profile creation, employee data updates, profile termination, etc.Liaising with the internal/external relevant stakeholders to support the employees’ HR administrative requests.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and Eglish: written and spoken .Bachelor degree.2-4 years experience in a HR admin and/or office management position, ideally in an international environment.Proven track record of dealing with administrative task.
