Description:

To support MEC/CECO in developing and maintaining the Ethics and Compliance Program through taking initiatives and supporting the implementation of the program broad range of activities within ENOC Group, The position supports MEC/ CECO in developing policies and procedures in relation with the implementation of an effective Ethics and Compliance Program. Lead maintains a comprehensive understanding of ethical principles and highest level of personal and professional conduct by being objective and independent.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the implementation of assigned ENOC Business Ethics and Compliance programAdvise and implement strategic initiatives to foster an ethical and compliant culture related to the Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and ethics and compliance policies and procedures for employees, contractors and other stakeholders.Advises on the creation and/or adoption of newly required procedures, policies and governance mandates in order to effectively deliver BE&C programs.Conduct periodic reviews to BE&C policies including coordination with corporate departments

Job Requirements:

A bachelor degree in Business Administration with 5-7 years work experience and minimum of two years experience in a compliance department, internal audit function or law firm practice group. Compliance Certification is preferred and experience in conducting and managing investigations. Travel to ENOC locations for Ethics & Compliance Program awareness, training, assessments and compliance is expected.
