Description:
Responsible for assisting Line Manager with all third-party services that includes Ground Handling Agents in an efficient and effective manner in accordance with GCAA Regulations and Royal Jet policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Line Manager & Section Head during the Planning of a flightAssist in contract & pricing negotiation for all Royal Jet ground handling agents & Fixed based operators (FBO’s)Assist in Identifying and coordinating with FBO’s / Ground Handling Agents and Airport Authorities.Coordinate with Finance on Invoice related queries.Identify acceptance of Dangerous Goods that meet IATA-DGR in coordination with Post Holders
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the aviation and air transport sectors across airport operations.Academic / Preferably holds Diploma in Aviation or Business Administration (Preferred educated to a University Degree)IATA Diploma in Aviation Ground Handling will be an added advantageExcellent command in English LanguageComputer skills is a must – word, excel, outlookKnowledge of Dangerous Goods
