Job Title: Kitchen Staff

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Staff. The successful candidates will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in our kitchen, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen supervisor.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and other ingredients as needed.
Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, rotating stock, and monitoring inventory levels.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely food service.
Assist with dishwashing and other tasks as assigned by kitchen management.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
